Thirty-one campsites plus glamping tent cabins and rental trailers, most of them looking straight out over the reservoir. Rates listed below.

We offer a variety of campsite & lodging options to act as your home base while exploring the Eastern Sierra.   • Check-in is 2:00 PM for tent & RV sites.
  • Check-in is 12:00 PM for tent cabins & rental trailers.
  • In order to respect our quiet hours, we do not allow arrivals after 10:00 PM.
  • Check-out is 11:00 AM for all accommodations.
  • We do not allow early check ins or late check outs, no exceptions. Overstays are billed an extra night.

Come to the office to register when you arrive and we will direct you to your site. Please call ahead if you will
arrive after the office closes.

  • 18 slips available for rent, accommodating boats up to 24 feet.
  • Tackle shop and store.
  • Rental skiffs, mid-sized boats and pontoons, a launch ramp and plenty of parking.
  • Boat & trailer storage is available.
  • The boat ramp, docks and fish cleaning station are open only during the hours posted at the marina office.

Rates & Policies

Camping & Lodging Rates

Nightly rates fluctuate for holidays and season. All stays under 31 days are subject to Mono County’s
15% Transient Occupancy Tax. Prices subject to change. During peak season, we have a two night minimum
booking requirement on weekends and a three night minimum for holidays.

What's Included & What's Extra

  • Rates cover up to 4 guests and 2 vehicles. Extra guests are $5 per person/per night. 6 people maximum per site.
  • Two vehicles are included in your rate. Vehicles include: RV's, trailers, boats, golf carts, off-road vehicles, toy haulers, etc. Extra vehicles cost $5 per vehicle, per night. Overflow parking available.
  • Two pets are included in the rate. One additional pet is allowed for an additional $5 per night.
  • Wi-Fi is included in the rate.
  • Showers sold separately at the office.
  • Dump station use is included in the rate for sites that do not have a sewer connection.
  • Electric vehicle charging at our powered sites costs an additional $40/per night.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund outside 30 days of arrival, less deposit and any non-refundable third-party booking fees. 50%
charge inside 30 days but before 14 days. No refund inside 14 days, for no-shows, or for early departures. $5
per night non-refundable deposit charged at time of booking.

*Solar power can support the provided lighting in the cabin, plus charging of phones, laptops, cameras, etc. It
will not support anything with a heating element (rice cooker, hot water kettle, hair dryer, etc.)

What's Included & What's Extra

  • Two vehicles are included in your rate. Vehicles include: RV's, trailers, boats, golf carts, off-road vehicles, toy haulers, etc. Extra vehicles cost $5 per vehicle, per night. Overflow parking available.
  • No pets allowed in any of our rental trailers or tent cabins.
  • Wi-Fi is included in the rate.
  • Use of communal campground showers included for Tent Cabins.
  • Cleaning fees: $10 for stays of 2 nights or less; $20 for stays of 3 nights or more for all lodging units.
