Prices are based on 4 persons occupancy per site, additional persons over that are subject to extra charge $5 per person per night (Children 3 and younger no charge). Summer weekends two night booking minimum. Holidays three night booking minimum.

Slips
Cancellation Policy for booking direct with us:
Boats/Slips:
Cancel up to 48 hours before reservation for no charge. 50% charge after that. 100% charge for no-show no-call.
Lodging:
Booking fees from the booking platform Roverpass, Hipcamp, AirBnB, and Square are non refundable.
The rest of reservation cost, not including deposit, is fully refunded for cancellations made outside of 30 days leading up to arrival date. 50% total reservation charged for cancellations inside of 30 days but before 14 days. No Refund for cancellations inside of 14 days. No-show/No-call will get no refund. No refunds for leaving early. Non-refundable booking deposits are: $5/per night for RV & tent sites; $10/per night for tent cabins; $20/per night for rental trailers.
