Slips
Cancellation Policy for booking direct with us:
Boats/Slips: Cancel up to 48 hours before reservation for no charge. 50% charge after that. 100% charge for no-show no-call.
Lodging:
Booking fees from the booking platform Roverpass and Square are non refundable.
The rest of reservation cost, not including deposit, is fully refunded for cancellations made outside of 30 days leading up to arrival date. 50% total reservation charged for cancellations inside of 30 days but before 14 days. No Refund for cancellations inside of 14 days. No-show/No-call will get no refund.

All stays under 31 days are subject to Mono County 12% Transient Occupancy Tax. Prices are based on 4 persons per site, additional persons subject to extra charge $5 per person (Children 2 and younger no charge). Some weekends require 2 night minimum reservation. Holidays require a 3-day minimum reservation.
